A Day in the Life of a Network Operations Director

The key people behind it are the Director of Business Development Seun Olabisi and his business partner Nuno Pereira, the Director of Network Operations. Before working with Offers 365, Nuno worked for the American business services company Concentrix, a $5 billion business. He looked after digital marketing there. The team he managed dealt with all affiliate marketing activities, such as recruiting publishers, tracking campaigns, and supporting clients.
He gained even more experience in this area with a further 15 years of experience in digital marketing roles worldwide. He became particularly interested in affiliate marketing, recognizing its profitability, global reach, and competitiveness. This knowledge served him well when he set up Offers 365 two years ago, taking up the Network Operations Director’s role.
The main parts of his role include:

Nuno admits that a typical day at Offers 365 begins very early! However, this is essential, as it allows client and publisher inquiries to be responded to quickly, regardless of which time zone they’re located. Once he’s done this, he checks campaign performance, identifies issues, and quickly fixes them. He then creates action plans to improve performance, which are then distributed to the right teams to meet monthly goals. Nuno also makes daily contact with publishers in over thirty countries, ensuring they’re fully engaged with campaigns and aware of the value of working with Offers 365.
